Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales of blood collection products in the assigned state. - Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets. - Manage distributors and direct sales channels. - Track sales performance and take actions to meet targets. - Work with key accounts team to find new customers and build the company's customer base. - Identify market opportunities and increase sales growth. - Maintain good relationships with doctors, labs, and other stakeholders. - Coordinate with distributors and purchase teams for smooth supply. - Ensure strong engagement with key customers. Qualifications:
Degree in Pharma, Science, or Medical Lab Technology. - Degree in Business/Marketing (preferred). Experience:
Minimum 3 years in diagnostic sales (consumables/kits/instruments preferred). Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and time. - Target-oriented and team player. - Strong negotiation and business understanding. - Good relationship-building skills with doctors, lab staff, distributors, and team.
