Area Sales Manager
Role Overview: The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will handle sales in a specific region for the company. You will lead a sales team, achieve targets, and build good relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare customers. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets. - Monitor sales performance and study market trends and competitors. - Manage and guide the sales team, give training and feedback. - Build strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff. - Visit hospitals regularly for sales and support. - Find new business opportunities and expand market reach. - Promote products through demos, meetings, and workshops. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM tools. - Follow all medical and company rules and ethical practices. - Work with marketing, product, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Business, Science, or related field (MBA is a plus). - 3+ years sales experience in medical devices/healthcare, with 2+ years in team handling. - Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of medical devices and market trends. - Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. Salary: 4-6 LPA (can be higher for strong candidates)
