As a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of HR to drive end-to-end People & Culture initiatives. Your role will be crucial in supporting various HR functions, including engagement, operations, talent management, and strategic projects, to ensure smooth execution and a strong employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Head of HR to execute people strategy and key HR initiatives. - Support decision-making through data, insights, and on-ground execution. - Act as a bridge between employees, managers, and leadership. - Design and implement engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. - Support culture-building efforts and internal communication strategies. - Drive recognition programs, team activities, and employee experience initiatives. - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding). - Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, policies, and internal processes. - Maintain HR systems, dashboards, and employee records. - Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor management. - Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and reviews. - Assist in recruitment coordination and candidate experience management. - Identify training needs and support learning & development initiatives. - Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support. - Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive workplace. - Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. - Support the Head of HR in executing strategic HR projects and org-wide initiatives. - Track key HR metrics and generate insights for improvement. - Identify process gaps and recommend enhancements. Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 67 years of HR experience in a fast-paced or agency environment. - Strong exposure to HR operations, engagement, and performance management. - Experience working closely with senior stakeholders or HR leadership. Skills & Competencies:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - High ownership with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - High emotional intelligence and discretion. - Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
