You are a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong experience in post-sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and interdepartmental coordination within the real estate sector. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage the entire customer lifecycle from booking to possession
Handle post-sales activities, collections, and home loan disbursement coordination
Follow up with teams, customers, and bankers for outstanding dues (OCR/Home Loan)
Coordinate with internal and external teams at the builder site (Sales, Projects, Accounts, Architecture) to ensure timely updates and seamless communication
Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved within defined TAT
Maintain accurate documentation and project-wise customer records
Coordinate and manage RERA-related matters internally in collaboration with the Legal team
Prepare and present MIS reports to management
Prepare and present MIS reports to builder management
Drive process improvements through complaint analysis and tracking
Strong proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and calculations (Advanced Excel/MIS)
**Key Requirements:**
Proven experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Post-Sales (Only Real Estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MIS reporting, and documentation
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel
Positive in making Excel reports and data-driven analysis
Good in creating professional presentations (PPT)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
