Qualifications Required:
2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or agency-side communication, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or tech
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable discipline; certifications in CRM, project management, or client service are preferred
Mastery of Google Workspace, with experience using project management tools and CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to account development It is important that you view client service as strategic and not just transactional.
