As a Business Development Executive in US Staffing, your role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the US staffing market. You will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with US clients (Direct Clients / MSP / VMS) will be crucial, along with understanding client requirements and coordinating with recruiters to fulfill positions. Negotiating rates, contracts, and terms with clients, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, and tracking sales activities are key aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets are also part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills in spoken and written English, a basic understanding of sales and business development, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in night shifts according to US time zones. Being a quick learner with a positive attitude, along with a basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), will be beneficial for your success. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelors degree in BBA, MBA, or any graduate with a preference for IT domain. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
