As a Business Development Executive at SharpAtoms, you will be responsible for growing the US Staffing business by reaching out to and connecting with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs. Your primary goal will be to generate leads through various channels such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network. Additionally, you will handle the full sales cycle, from the initial conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure, while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers. Collaboration with the recruitment/delivery team is crucial to ensure that client requirements are met, as well as growing accounts and driving repeat business. Keeping a consistent pipeline and regular follow-ups are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
13 years of experience in US IT staffing business development
Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage the sales cycle independently
