Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and deployment. - Set up automated email and SMS workflows such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase emails, and customer engagement drip campaigns. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging, on-brand email and SMS templates with personalized content and product recommendations. - Drive growth of the opt-in email list, manage email and SMS databases, implement segmentation strategies, and maintain list hygiene. - Monitor key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue across email and SMS channels, providing performance reports and actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, offers, and creative to improve engagement and conversion rates continuously. - Ensure compliance with email and mobile messaging regulations, maintaining high sender reputation scores and opt-in rates. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing strategies and business goals. - Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for timely and consistent communication with prospects and customers across email and SMS. - Use heatmaps, channel tracking, and behavioral insights to improve content, layouts, and timing across multiple channels. - Implement strategies for a seamless and cohesive customer experience across email and SMS. Qualification Required:
3+ years of experience in email marketing with hands-on experience in SMS, ideally within e-commerce (luxury) or a related industry. - Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Bluecore, Emarsys, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, SendGrid, Omnisend. - Strong understanding of marketing CDP, automation, and segmentation. - Experience with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Power BI, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of email and mobile messaging deliverability best practices, sender reputation management, and compliance with regulations. - Familiarity with email and SMS marketing metrics and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating and troubleshooting email templates is a plus. - Ability to collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling multichannel campaigns.
