Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of the complete email lifecycle strategy covering onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, upsell, and re-engagement. - Design, construct, and enhance automated email journeys, triggers, and workflows within the ESP. - Devise segmentation and personalization tactics based on customer behavior, attributes, and lifecycle stage. - Collaborate with analytics and data teams to establish success metrics and interpret performance. - Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across subject lines, content, cadence, and timing. - Keep an eye on and enhance email performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) like open rate, CTR, conversion, and revenue. - Uphold email best practices regarding deliverability, compliance, and consent management (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). - Work closely with content and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with lifecycle goals and brand voice. - Document email lifecycle frameworks, processes, and insights to aid scalability. Qualification Required:
48+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM, with email as the primary channel. - Profound hands-on experience with at least one ESP: Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Demonstrated track record of constructing and refining email automation and triggered campaigns. - Sound comprehension of email segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle KPIs. - Proficiency in analyzing email performance and translating insights into enhancements. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, and Creative teams.
