Recruitment (Screening Resumes from Job Portal, Scheduling Interviews, Campus Hiring, liasioning with Colleges & Institutes for relevant Manpower Requirement),
Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Leave/Attendance Tracking, ensuring Policy Implementation, Grievance Resolution, Employee Engagement & Training Coordination
Admin Functions:
Managing Office Correspondences & Coordination (emails/calls), Scheduling Meetings
Maintaining Records of Fixed Assets & other important matters
Supporting Management (like Travel booking),
Managing office supplies & ensuring smooth daily operations. Desired Candidate Details:

Good experience in end to end Recruitment Process
Any Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin activities
PGDM/MBA in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory
Good communication skills & well versed in English & Hindi is mandatory
