Key Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end Recruitment and HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. - Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the restaurant. - Building and maintaining strong guest relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Handling back-office administration tasks. - Providing leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work workplace. - Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of restaurant activities. - Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth. - Working independently and taking ownership of tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Provide outstanding customer service via calls, emails, chat and messages and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and guest relationship management, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/systems. - Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. - Ability to work independently and remotely, adhering to Netherlands' work timings. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a quick-paced environment. - Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
