US IT Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify strong candidates through various sources like resume databases, job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Post job openings on different job portals and platforms. - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. - Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements. - Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system. Qualifications:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment for US staffing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. - IT background is an added advantage.
