As a US IT Recruiter, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions catering to U.S. clients. You should have a strong understanding of the U.S. IT job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top technical talent. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with U.S.-based hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster. - Source candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. - Manage the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Stay updated on U.S. employment laws, visa processes, and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment. - Familiarity with various U.S. work visas (H-1B, TN, Green Card, etc.) and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099). - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
