As an Analyst in the Private Credit team, you will be responsible for financial modeling of private companies, contributing to portfolio monitoring & surveillance, and providing valuable insights to the investment team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring financial performance and key performance indicators of portfolio companies. - Gathering business and financial data on borrower companies regularly for the investment team's consumption. - Providing presentation and write-up support for internal and external meetings. - Conducting financial reporting on portfolio companies on an ongoing basis. - Assisting in research support for securing new business, such as developing standardized info packs for investments and conducting monthly management reporting and variance analysis. - Offering financial analysis, financial modeling, and credit scoring assistance to the investment team, including scenario analysis. - Developing and maintaining valuation models for all investments. - Providing news and information search support for existing and potential investments. For this role, you are required to have:
A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in private credit. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and data analysis. - Expertise in assessing credit risk, financial statement analysis, and interpreting complex financial data. - Preference for candidates with a CFA designation or those actively pursuing the CFA program. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Bloomberg, and other relevant financial analysis tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting complex financial information.
