You will be responsible for portfolio investment, monitoring, and research for various debt schemes managed by Vivriti Asset Management with a focus on FI investments. As an Investment (Credit) Analyst at Vivriti AMC, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
Independently conduct due diligences, prepare investment notes, and seek IC approvals
Analyze and structure data provided by clients
Conduct thorough field diligence and meetings with senior management of investee entities
Prepare insightful credit reports for presentation to the Investment Committee with cogent recommendations
Identify early warning signs of credit deterioration
Monitor investments through desk and field visits, management meetings, and calls
Provide regular updates to the Investment Committee and investor reporting
Qualifications Required:
Preferred Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA
2-5 years of relevant credit assessment experience, lending experience, credit rating, or transaction advisory
Familiarity with the financial services sector, including NBFCs and ABS (DA/PTC)
Strong numerical skills to analyze financial statements, manage and interpret data, and solve problems
Advanced skills in MS Excel, including spreadsheet-based financial modeling and analytics
Effective communication skills to express ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and business judgment in credit matters
Willingness to work hard and meet targets and deadlines, including traveling extensively pan-India for on-field client monitoring
