Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Net Asset Value for real estate financing and property loan transactions. - Monitor Loss Given Default exposure. - Monitor Loan-to-Value ratio. - Monitor Portfolio concentration. - Monitor Price triggers. - Monitor Liquidity triggers. - Monitor Volatility triggers. - Monitor Lending Value deviations. - Set and monitor transaction-specific limits. - Track Asset Under Management progress. - Provide feedback on credit condition setting and monitoring feasibility during the loan origination process. - Develop, maintain, and enhance credit monitoring spreadsheets and tools. - Report all credit condition breaches to ensure the protection of Nomura's balance sheet.
