Coordinate with HR for attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs
Manage biometric systems and attendance records
Track working hours, leaves, and overtime
Ensure accurate reporting for payroll processing
Record and monitor office expenses
Manage reimbursement processes for employees
Track event-related expenses and budgets
Maintain proper documentation and approvals
Maintain books of accounts and financial records
Handle invoices, accounts payable and receivable
Maintain and update inventory records
Track assets, office supplies, and usage
