As an Accounts & Operations Executive at our fast-growing company in the Solar EPC sector, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and client coordination activities. This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both finance and business operations within a dynamic startup environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Assist in GST data preparation (filing handled by CA)
**Expense Tracking:**
Maintain project-wise expense tracking in Excel
Prepare basic MIS reports and summaries for management
Track receivables and outstanding payments
**Client Coordination & Operations Support:**
Follow up with customers for payments
Handle basic client communication related to invoices and accounts
Share statements and payment reminders professionally
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
**Qualifications Required:**
B. Com/BBA/Commerce Graduate (preferred)
02 years of experience (Freshers with strong basics can apply)
Working knowledge of: Tally / Zoho Books, MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST & accounting concepts
Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
In this role, you will be expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills, especially for client interactions. You should also demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within a startup environment, along with a sense of responsibility and discipline.
