As an Accounts & Operations Executive at Helion Life, your role will involve handling financial transactions, supporting operational processes, managing customer accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data in Tally, managing account records, following up on payment collections, and addressing client inquiries. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce or Accounting with 5-7 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience and advanced skills in Tally Prime software
Knowledge and hands-on experience in finance-related tasks such as invoicing and accounts reconciliation
Proficiency in customer service and account management to address customer needs and maintain long-term relationships
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions
