As an Associate Account Manager at Alight, your role is to serve as a specialized administrative support for the Account Management team to ensure client needs are met within the scope of Alight Leave Solutions services. Your responsibilities include submitting tickets, researching inquiries, providing claim-related data and reports, and resolving client inquiries related to Disability and Leave of Absence. You will collaborate with the Account Management team, recommend process improvements, and deliver various reports to clients as needed. Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties, maintain documents with confidentiality, and support departmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
Graduation in listed disciplines with aggregate marks of >=55%
Minimum 6 years of work experience
Ability to work evening/night shifts
Demonstrated diplomacy, professionalism, and critical thinking
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Disability Management, FMLA, and Payroll
Proficiency in internal systems such as LeavePro, 360, Jira, and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Research and resolve client inquiries related to Disability and Leave of Absence
Manage file feed escalations and technology issues
Recommend process improvements and streamline operations
Deliver various reports to clients on a regular basis
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and facilitate issue resolution
