As an experienced HR Manager Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, and supporting performance management initiatives within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with department heads to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning. - Conduct HR screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. - Maintain and manage the candidate database and recruitment pipeline. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5-7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent acquisition. - Experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. - Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals. - Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
