As an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition at The Language SKOOL, you will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment strategy, HR governance, and operational excellence across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment strategy aligned with business growth
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring
Build strong hiring pipelines across functions and levels
Improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and conversion ratios
Track and drive recruiter productivity, SLAs, and hiring targets
Partner with leadership on manpower planning and workforce strategy
In addition to recruitment, you will also be responsible for:
Overseeing employee lifecycle management including onboarding and exit processes
Drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational needs and labor laws
Ensuring statutory compliance, HR audits, and regulatory documentation
Strengthening process governance and ensuring accuracy of HR data across systems
Furthermore, you will be expected to:
Manage employee grievances with fairness, maturity, and structured resolution
Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and clear communication
Partner with HODs to resolve people-related challenges effectively
Your qualifications should include:
MBA in HR from a recognized institution
15+ years of overall HR experience
10+ years of experience in Recruitment (mandatory and primary expertise)
5+ years of experience in HR Operations
Proven ability to drive hiring at scale and lead recruitment teams
Strong experience in HR policy drafting, compliance, and employment law matters
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and documentation skills
High ownership, integrity, and organizational maturity
