As an HR Manager, your role will involve acting as an HR business partner, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the complete recruitment process and employee life cycle for all positions. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting proper assessment, interviews, compensation fitment, and documentation
Performing reference checks and screening candidates at all levels
Identifying critical, niche, and mass positions to build a talent pipeline
Managing salary positioning, offer negotiations, and timely position closures
Ensuring background verification and reference check processes are in line with company guidelines
Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly databases and reports
Facilitating onboarding and completing joining formalities for new employees
Planning and conducting induction programs for new joiners
Generating recruitment-related MIS on a monthly and quarterly basis
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring field performance on a weekly basis for analysis
Preparing monthly/quarterly MIS and presentations as required
Handling employee grievances with excellent interpersonal skills
Maintaining monthly employee databases and MIS for further analysis
Key Qualifications:
Relevant experience in recruitment
Strong interpersonal and people management skills
Proactive and self-driven approach
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
