You will be part of the CSWTE team at Bank of America, leading the development of integrated technology solutions for consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Your primary focus will be on managing the Bank's websites and e-Commerce initiatives while ensuring the technology that drives key client-facing platforms across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM segments. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external teams globally for project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:**
Have a good understanding of end-to-end bank processes and Authentication domain knowledge
Manage production application incident triage and issue resolution
Track and close Sev3 problem tickets effectively
Work on improving application stability and reducing errors
Provide release and deployment support
Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and stakeholders, documenting work and meetings
**Qualifications Required:**
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications: Not Mandatory
Experience Range: 2 years with foundational skills in Spark, Kafka, Java, J2EE, ML Technology
4 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, Machine Learning, Java, Unix/Linux, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, and Web technologies
Hands-on experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, GlassBox, Remedy
Exposure to database technologies such as SQL, Cassandra, Oracle
Previous experience in Application Production Support is preferred
**Desired Skills:**
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly
Risk awareness and accountability in handling tasks
Participation in conference calls with tech and business users
You will be working on a rotational shift basis - weekdays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM and weekends: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The job location is in Chennai.
