Manage day-to-day technical operations and escalations to the offshore Customer Master Lead and US Home office. - Provide platform support and technical operations for MDM Hub, including incident and problem management, system monitoring, supporting platform upgrade activities, issue troubleshooting, job monitoring, job scheduling, and notifying downstream consumers of processing delays/failures. - Collaborate with technical leads to develop solutions and enhancements around Database SQL Engineering for MDM Hub to meet business needs. - Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes, procedures, and policies. - Develop test scripts and conduct Quality Assurance testing against developed solutions before User Acceptance testing. - Employ SDLC methods, change control processes, code migration, and management tools. - Ensure reliable, accessible, compliant, and secure RUN operations that deliver as per SLAs. - Assist in basic data inquiries, generate critical metrics on data changes from Publish layers for business review during MDM releases. - Provide proactive and appropriate communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Participate in mission/business-critical incident resolution activities. - Collaborate with various teams as needed, such as Engineering, Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Downstream system points of contact, and infrastructure lifecycle management team. Qualification Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus. - 7 years of Information Technology experience in implementing and supporting enterprise systems. - Hands-on experience with SQL/PostgreSQL. - Experience in AWS Glue ETL engineering and integration with other AWS services like S3. - Good understanding of Data Management principles, Cloud Services Platforms, Data Access Layers, and Cloud-based integrations. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Power Point. - Strong attention to detail, commitment to process quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. - Experience with incident resolution management and working in a global setting, particularly for APAC/JAPAN markets. - Excellent communication skills.
