Your role will involve shaping the portfolio, limits, and collateral target state process, data, and capabilities across business lines by engaging with 1st line teams, technology, and individual business product teams. **Role Overview:**
This data and product development role will require you to interact with senior business stakeholders, create a product vision aligned with business priorities, identify opportunities to enhance products and processes, provide insights to business stakeholders, and collaborate with Risk, Product, and Technology teams to distil long-term vision and industry trends into product and solutions strategy. **Key Responsibilities:**
Interact with senior business stakeholders to understand problem statements and design technical and process-based solutions
Create a product vision aligned with business priorities and develop a corresponding roadmap
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
Proactively identify opportunities to improve products and processes for enhanced efficiency and decision-making
Identify data patterns and trends, and provide insights to business stakeholders
Collaborate with Risk, Product, and Technology to incorporate long-term vision and industry trends into the product strategy
**Qualifications Required:**
13+ years of progressive experience in product development, credit risk, or technology roles, preferably in big US banks or their contractors
Credit Risk knowledge and experience
Data and Analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence knowledge and experience
Experience in end-to-end project delivery, with proficiency in analytical tools like Tableau and ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python
Experience with low-code Extract Transform and Load (ETL) applications like Tableau Prep or Alteryx
Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Project Management skills with experience leading large cross-functional initiatives
