As a Data and Product Development professional at Citi, you will have the opportunity to shape the portfolio, limits & collateral target state process, data & capabilities across business lines. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced dashboards to support credit risk teams in monitoring and analyzing key metrics. - Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data related to credit risk using a data-driven approach to determine optimal solutions. - Identifying data patterns & trends, and providing insights to business stakeholders. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive development of new products and features. - Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing feedback independently. - Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance products and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making. - Interacting with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their long-term vision and incorporating industry trends into product & solutions strategy. Qualifications required for this role:
Experience contributing to a data/analytic capability in a financial institution. - 9+ years of experience. - Foundational understanding of credit risk concepts and the ability to translate complex risk data into meaningful insights. - Strong experience with data visualization tools and best practices, ideally using Tableau. - Ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python. - Experience with low-code Extract Transform and Load (ETL) applications like Tableau Prep or Alteryx. - Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. - Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Highly analytical & creative mindset.
