In this role within Citi's Enterprise Data Office, you will focus on serving business partners within ICM (Institutional Credit Management). Your main responsibilities will involve shaping the portfolio, limits & collateral target state process, data & capabilities across business lines by engaging with 1st line teams, technology, and individual business product teams. **Key Responsibilities:**
Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards to support credit risk teams in monitoring and analyzing key metrics
Collect, clean, and analyze data related to credit risk using a data-driven approach to determine optimal solutions
Identify data patterns & trends, and provide insights to business stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive development of new products and features
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and the data & analytics subject matter expert, providing regular updates on project progress
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance products and processes for improved efficiency and decision-making
Interact with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their long-term vision and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy
**Qualifications Required:**
Must have experience contributing to a data/analytic capability in a financial institution
9+ years of experience
Foundational understanding of credit risk concepts and ability to translate complex risk data into meaningful insights
Strong experience with data visualization tools and best practices, preferably using Tableau
Ability to manipulate data using SQL and/or Python
Experience with low-code Extract Transform and Load (ETL) applications like Tableau Prep or Alteryx
Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively
Proactive and self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
