What We’re Looking For
4-7 years in a growth or Demand Gen role, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
HubSpot proficiency is required. You've built sequences, pipelines, and automation workflows, not just used them. - Proven Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads execution, including ABM and retargeting
A natural self-starter. You see what needs to be done, make a plan, and execute without waiting to be directed. - Heavy user of AI tools for speed and efficiency. You've built your own workflows and know how to get more done with less. - Sharp enough to understand the audience (banking C-suite) and the weight of the brand voice
