As a Senior E-commerce Marketing Strategist at our client's rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance the brand's online presence and drive substantial sales growth. Develop and implement innovative e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions on all online channels. - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising to ensure maximum ROI. - Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community management to foster brand loyalty and drive customer acquisition. - Create and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to nurture leads and encourage repeat purchases. - Analyze website performance, user behavior, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the e-commerce and social media space. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and contribute to the overall brand strategy and positioning in the online marketplace. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices. - Track, report, and analyze key marketing metrics and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as required. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, focusing on direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive significant sales and revenue growth. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. - Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketing automation tools. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. - Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and positively contribute to company culture.
