Senior Process and Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and animate the Process Expertise Center within your perimeter
• Coordinate interfaces between PG/PL/RO/platform and other Process Expertise Centers
• Manage the industrial network including plants, production, and industrialization within your perimeter
• Define and validate standard processes, suppliers panel, tools, and equipment for the Product Group
• Coordinate process policy and projects with R&D P2
• Participate in Standardization Committee, validate process standards, and manage industrialization projects
• Define program allocation to plants during CAA and IAR process
• Define rules for equipment and tools standardization within the PG
• Manage programs and budget targets
• Support sites during ramp-up and process issues
