You will be responsible for providing L2 IT support for computer hardware assembling and software issues. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems. Additionally, you will support basic network functions, email systems, antivirus software, user accounts, asset records, and backups. You will also be required to escalate any pending issues to the appropriate level of support. Key Responsibilities:
