Sourcing & Acquisition: Drive LAP business in the Prime segment through Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), connectors, referral partners, and direct open-market outreach. - Channel Management: Build and nurture relationships with sourcing partners, guiding them on product policies, and managing pre- and post-customer service. - Target Achievement: Ensure LAP disbursements meet or exceed localized monthly, quarterly, and annual budget targets. - Portfolio Health & Collections: Maintain strong portfolio health by overseeing overdue cases and non-performing assets (NPAs) to ensure a strong "lend-to-collect" culture. - Vendor & File Management: Process loan files smoothly from login to disbursement, while actively liaising with internal credit, operations, legal, and technical vendors. - Cross-Selling: Promote the cross-sell of insurance and other liability or asset products to existing LAP borrowers.
