Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement targets. - Channel Management: Build, nurture, and expand networks with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, and real estate brokers to generate leads. - Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers or Relationship Managers. Conduct regular field visits, team reviews, and provide constructive feedback. - Credit & Risk Assessment: Take ownership of the end-to-end loan processfrom login and accurate documentation to risk evaluation and initial credit vetting. - Portfolio Quality: Monitor loan performance, ensure high credit quality, and assist in managing collections and mitigating Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
