Developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with e-commerce business goals. - Managing and optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic and paid search rankings and drive qualified traffic. - Creating and executing engaging social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth. - Planning and managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and automation, to nurture leads and drive customer retention. - Overseeing content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and website copy, to attract and engage the target audience. - Analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms. - Identifying key trends and insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI. - Collaborating with the e-commerce team to enhance website user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Managing digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum impact. - Developing reports and presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. - Conducting A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. - Working closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns. - Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. - Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a hybrid team environment. - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online consumer behavior.
