Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
Facebook & Instagram Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversions
Create and manage social media content calendars
Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Dashboard
Implement and monitor SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical basics)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and ad copies
Track leads, maintain reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation
Strong hands-on experience in Paid Ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Solid understanding of SEO and Google marketing tools
Experience with CRM, lead funnels, and conversion tracking
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Experience working with agencies or high-growth startups
