Own and evolve Sana’s TypeScript/React/Node foundations, including frameworks, services, and conventions
Maintain and improve our monorepo tooling: build tools, dependency management, scripts, and shared services
Design and refine local development, testing, and build workflows so they’re fast, reliable, and easy to use
Optimize web performance, reliability, and security across our frontend and Node services
Shape and implement our testing strategy (unit, integration, end-to-end, visual) and related tooling
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, including caching, checks, and deployment workflows
Define and champion best practices for web development, debugging, and observability across teams
Collaborate closely with product engineers to identify friction points and remove them through better tooling and architecture
