Responsibilities: System Administration & Support: Perform day-to-day HRIS system administration, including user access management, configuration changes, data integrity checks, and troubleshooting technical issues. Provide first-line support to end-users for HRIS-related queries and problems. System Optimization & Enhancement: Identify opportunities for HRIS process improvements and system enhancements. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design, test, and implement new functionalities, modules, or integrations. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to support HR data analysis, compliance requirements, and business insights. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. Project Participation: Actively participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, new system implementations. Contribute to project planning, testing, and post-implementation support. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS processes, system configurations, and user guides. Develop and deliver training sessions to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices. Compliance & Security: Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g. local laws) and internal security policies. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and data. Proficiency in HRIS configuration, reporting tools, and data analysis. Experience with SQL and/or other data query languages is a plus. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences and effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work on projects in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
