Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary analytics partner for senior commercial stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. - Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped requirements, clear success criteria, and structured analytical briefs. - Proactively surface insights, trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making at a leadership level. - Support strategic initiatives such as CRM consolidation, demand intelligence optimization, and forecasting improvements. - Own end-to-end project management of analytics deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are informed and timelines are met. - Demonstrate strong communication skills across all levels of the organization. - Translate complex data and AI outputs into plain-language stories that drive clarity, confidence, and action. - Design and deliver enablement programs to enhance data literacy across the Revenue Organization. - Own the design and delivery of executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting using Power BI. - Be a power user of LLM-based tools to accelerate analysis and generate insights efficiently. - Partner with Data Analytics Engineers to define analytical data models and ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Work within a modern BI and revenue intelligence stack including tools like Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, etc. Qualification Required:
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics, or BI within a SaaS or technology-driven organization. - Experience supporting RevOps, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics teams. - Advanced SQL skills and experience working within a cloud data warehouse environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain clear stakeholder communication. - Exceptionally strong communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder enablement. - Experience in delivering executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting. - Familiarity with LLM tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude in a professional analytical context. - Preferred experience includes hands-on experience with Databricks, familiarity with CRM and GTM analytics, and exposure to building data literacy programs within an organization.
