In this role of Lead Business Intelligence Analyst at FM, you will be responsible for analyzing FM and industry data to provide actionable insights on emerging trends, supporting corporate objectives, and driving strategic business actions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with FM business units to analyze and report on various data needs
Understanding business problems and analyzing them effectively
Providing excellent support and ensuring data quality for internal and external customers
Recommending innovative approaches to meet business needs while processing complete requests
Interpreting business requirements and delivering optimal BI solutions
Ensuring tools, reporting, and dashboards meet Corporate Standards and Security best practices
Extracting and assembling data from internal sources to aid decision-making and input for various processes
Maximizing the value of existing data sources and identifying new data sources with potential value
Connecting and leveraging data across internal and external sources to advance company performance
Developing innovative solutions to better serve customers' needs
Leading projects to automate data collection, database population, and distribution
Identifying and recommending key performance indicators goals to ensure quality results and customer service You should possess excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, efficient time management, and proficiency in various computer hardware systems and software tools. The ideal candidate will have intellectual curiosity, subject matter expertise, and advanced knowledge in Excel, Access, SQL Server, Power BI, and data management tools like R, Python, SAS, and SPSS. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, business intelligence, engineering, or information science
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business
