Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and handle the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and the ability to attract top talent to meet our companys hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. 2. Job Advertising:
Draft and post clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions. - Optimize job postings for maximum reach and candidate engagement. 3. Candidate Management:
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. 4.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. - Assist in workforce planning and provide insights based on market trends and data. 5. Recruitment Operations:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities. - Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for management review. 6. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in [specific industries if applicable, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
