Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant with experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions for clients across multiple industries and domains. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT requirements across industries like Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Engineering, FMCG, Logistics, Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media. - Understand client requirements and source relevant candidates. - Screen profiles based on technical skills, experience, budget, and notice period. - Conduct initial HR screening and assess communication and domain fit. - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. - Manage bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements. - Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary and ensure offer closures. - Ensure timely closures within TAT. Mandatory Skills:
Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment. - Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc. - Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle. - Good understanding of technical and non-technical job roles. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously. - Client handling and stakeholder management skills.
