As a Sales & Revenue Leader, your role involves driving sales of ultra-luxury residential projects with a ticket size of 20 Cr+ through channel partners and strategic alliances. Your key responsibilities include:
Owning and delivering top-line revenue targets for the business vertical
Leading complex deal closures with HNI/UHNI clients using a consultative approach
Building and managing a strong network of channel partners, luxury brokers, and wealth advisors
Designing and implementing channel engagement programs, incentive structures, and activation strategies
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales managers / relationship managers
Setting clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the team
Developing strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and investment networks
Providing inputs on pricing, inventory strategy, and go-to-market plans
Monitoring sales funnel, conversion ratios, and channel performance
Qualifications required for this role are:
10-16 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on the luxury / ultra-luxury segment
Proven track record of closing high-value deals (10 Cr+ transactions)
Experience in team handling and leadership roles
Strong network across HNI/UHNI clients, channel partners, IPCs, and wealth managers
Expertise in channel sales strategy and execution
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with leading real estate developers or IPC firms
