Civil Science is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant, Strategy & Operations to support the President and Executive Leadership Team. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner, helping drive alignment, coordination, execution, and follow-through across key organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and problem solver who can manage competing priorities with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. In addition to providing high-level executive support, this individual will help coordinate strategic initiatives, manage executive communications, support Board activities, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, or engineering-related field
5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced professional environment
Strong organizational, project coordination, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information. - Demonstrated ability to manage high-priority initiatives and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools and comfort working in a digital-first environment; experience with tools such as Asana, Canva, enterprise chat platforms, PowerPoint, and Zoom is helpful. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting C-suite executives, Presidents, or Boards of Directors
Background in operations, office management, or cross-functional project coordination
Experience with budgeting, expense management, or financial coordination
Experience in engineering, consulting, or other professional services environments
