AI Native Engineer

As an AI-Native Engineer at Onelab Ventures, you will be responsible for designing and building AI-first applications where AI serves as the core foundation. Your role will involve working on LLM-powered systems, AI agents, and intelligent workflows in collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• AI Application Development Build and deploy AI-native applications using LLMs and GenAI tools Develop features such as chatbots, copilots, and AI assistants

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Core Technical Skills

Experience with APIs and backend development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI SaaS products
• Exposure to AI agents and autonomous systems
• Start-up or fast-paced environment experience
• Basic frontend knowledge (React) is a plus
