As an Adobe Analytics Developer/Consultant at PnQ, your role will be crucial in delivering analytics for various web properties and supporting strategic initiatives for our clients. You will collaborate with marketing and business partners to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new projects/enhancements and determine the best analytics approach using Adobe Analytics Product Suite. Qualifications:
Subject matter expert with 5-7 years of total experience, including a minimum of 2-3 years using Adobe Analytics Suite
Experience working with tagging technologies like GTM and Adobe DTM
Good understanding of web and mobile development processes and knowledge of web and mobile architectural concepts
Experience in designing solutions and writing technical documentation for medium/large scale commercial websites
Ability to interface between business and development teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, including excellent communication and presentation abilities

Manage the processes for capture, storage, usage, and tracking of online activity from multiple websites
Take full responsibility for analytics needs across customer analytics platforms
Ensure data integrity and documentation of tracking standards
Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation
Collaborate with both marketing and development teams to support them with analytics tracking
Engage with projects to ensure analytics solutions meet business requirements
Provide clear and actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Generate reports and offer insights and recommendations based on data
Guide the development of tagging framework and provide QA support
Proactively identify issues, recommend resolutions, and work closely with key business leaders for alternatives and enhancements
Manage the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives, both current and future
