Working with marketing, product, and UX teams to understand tracking requirements
Analyzing customer behavior data and generating actionable insights
Debugging and validating implementation using browser dev tools and Adobe Debugger
Providing training and documentation to internal stakeholders on Adobe Analytics usage
Collaborating with developers for proper integration and data validation
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
7-10 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Workspace, and Report Builder
Proficiency in Adobe Launch or DTM for tag implementation
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies
Familiarity with data layer design, custom events, and eVars props
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business recommendations
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics, A/B testing, and customer journeys
Preferred qualifications include being an Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Analytics or Adobe Launch, experience with other digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tealium, and working knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
