Role Overview:

We are looking for a Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit. The role requires strong experience in factory HR, statutory compliance, manpower handling, and employee relations within a plant environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete HR operations at plant level including recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning

Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions

Ensure compliance with all labour laws, factory act, statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)

Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation

Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and consultants

Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and contract labour management

Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

2- 7 years of experience in plant HR (preferably in electronic equipment/ cable-conductor-wires/ Manufacturing)

Experience in handling blue-collar workforce

Good communication and interpersonal skills
