As the Manager Plant HR at the Daman plant of CIRCOR, your role involves leading and managing all HR and Industrial Relations activities. You will work closely with the Director plant, plant leadership, and HR Director to drive HR initiatives, Talent Development, People Development, Succession Readiness, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:**
**Human Resources Management:**
**Strategic HR Leadership:**
Develop and execute HR strategies supporting the plants operational goals
Partner with Director Plant, plant leadership, and HR Director for organizational change and strategic initiatives
**Talent Acquisition, Retention & Development:**
Ensure Recruitment processes attract and retain top talent
Implement employee development programs and succession planning
Manage performance appraisal processes and support performance improvement
**Employee Relations:**
Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues
Promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and retention
**Compliance & Administration:**
Ensure adherence to labor laws, Plants HR Audits, and company policies
Manage health and safety programs
Oversee contract HR administration including payroll, benefits, and employee record management
Monitor the overall functioning of Canteen Services, Security, and other Welfare facilities
**Industrial Relations Management:**
Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with the plants objectives
Address and resolve industrial disputes and labor-related issues
Ensure compliance with local state labor laws and regulations
**Change Management:**
Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring and process improvements
**Knowledge Skills & Abilities:**
Leadership, Strategic Thinking, and Execution
Adaptability and Integrity
Strong Statutory Compliance and IR handling knowledge
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
Ability to resolve employee issues and proficiency in MS Office
**Education & Experience:**
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or Labour Law
8 to 12 years of experience in handling Plant HR responsibilities
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industrial relations
Proven experience in handling complex HR and IR issues
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
