As a Manager/ Assistant Manager Marketing & Business Development, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Managing brand positioning, content strategy, and campaigns across digital and offline channels
Planning and executing lead generation activities through events, social media, emails, and SEO/SEM
Coordinating with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and support in conversion
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
Managing relationships with vendors, media agencies, and creative partners
Conducting competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets
Organizing trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
Utilizing proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. - Experience in managing social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
Demonstrating strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
Applying an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Willingness to travel PAN India
Industry experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Real estate, IT, etc. - Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in ECE, Physics, Electronics, or equivalent (Diploma/ PG in Marketing will be an added advantage)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in RF & EMC Products, EMC Testing Customers, MIL Standards, and CISPER EMC Chambers
